History

St. Joseph Nursing Home, settling in Taboão da Serra city, state of São Paulo, was inaugurated in 1970, and accomplishes the mission to provide assistance for all elderly people.

Its capacity of attendance reaches 40 rooms. The clients are people of third age with different levels of dependency in the relief demand. The age bracket is over 60 years old.

The relief treated to the clients includes: a clean and pleasant environment, personal hygiene, cares with food, incentive to move in and out of the room, observation of vitals signs and symptom, management of medicines and others treatments assigned by doctors.

With the purpose to ensure an attendance of quality, besides cognitive, corporal and manual activities, St. Joseph Nursing Home develops many activities in group.
